After his studying at Polytechnique and Berkeley, Yves immediately established himself as an entrepreneur by creating his first startup, specialising in driving in-store traffic. With two colleagues, Nicolas and Tanguy, he founded WeWard to tackle the problems caused by physical inactivity.

Engineer by training and co-founder of WeWard, Tanguy is an expert in data analysis and data science. Tanguy also developed the first front-end version of WeWard and manages the monetisation of the app.

After 5 years of managing tech projects for clients including CAC 40 companies, Nicolas co-founded WeWard with Yves and Tanguy. His dual role as engineer and operations manager allows him to implement efficient processes for the app'sdevelopment.

Marie-Sophie has analytical skills she developed during her studies at the University of Paris-Dauphine, experience at Clipperton and in private equity. With her knowledge of the startup market, Marie-Sophie chooses the best strategies to grow the WeWarder community.

ulien has worked as a front-end engineer for some of the biggest tech companies, including Apple and Samsung. After 8 years in San Francisco, Julien finally joined WeWard, bringing his valuable expertise to improve the app.

Marie-Charlotte developed her commercial skills during her previous professional experience at Essilor in France and consulting for ODG in Singapore. In addition to her academic background at Sciences Po and ESSEC, Marie-Charlotte has a large network that she uses to build sustainable partnerships.

Before joining WeWard in 2021, Surya worked in software development at Thales and BNP Paribas for 5 years. She completes the Tech team to build a robust application!

Alfred graduated from IESEG and Maastricht University. He has professional experience in the commercial sector of startups as well as at Visa. In parallel, Alfred is involved in several humanitarian and environmental projects. He joined WeWard in 2022 to develop sustainable partnerships and offer rewards that match the efforts of our users.

Justine is a graduate of EDHEC and has previous experience in consulting at KPMG and in M&A at TotalEnergies | Renewables. Trilingual French-Spanish-English and with a strong interest in sustainable development issues, she joined the International team of WeWard in 2021. Her objective? Develop WeWard's partnerships worldwide!
